In a disused house in :ref:`llorkh` the party explained to the unofficial council about:

 - the kidnapped people found in the :ref:`mad-science-cave`
 - the reduction in output from the :ref:`llorkh-mines`
 - :ref:`ultread-ealdwulf` moving all his wealth out of the :ref:`llorkh-manor-house`


They agreed to form a militia and stop the occupants of the :ref:`llorkh-manor-house` from leaving the town until everything was sorted out.
