Day 1
^^^^^
See another traveller coming from the South who takes a side path, we follow.
His shield and clothing sport a stag's head on a green and gold background, the Emerald Enclave's insignia.

Stay the night in Huddlestone in The Forgotten Miner.

Day 2
^^^^^
Come to a fork in the road.
Right goes West to the city of Farseer, run by the racist Dwarven Ironmasters.
Left goes South to :ref:`luskan` and beyond.

Later we find the scene of a battle between Frost Giants and tribesmen.
The battle looked to have taken place ~5-10 days ago, so probably just before our battle at :ref:`bryn-shander`.

Pass a caravan of Dwarves heading North, sporting the insignia/colours of the Ironmasters.

Day 3
^^^^^
While camped off the road two carts pass us heading South at speed.
Each cart has a guard and a driver.
We couldn't make out their race/gender but all looked short.

Day 4
^^^^^
Camped the night in an abandoned tower, attacked by five Crag Cats.

Day 5
^^^^^
Travlling down Icewind Dale.
A cart carrying a dishevelled Dwarven man with a Dwarven girl pass us heading South.

Another fork in the road, left for :ref:`mirabar`, right for :ref:`luskan`, :ref:`neverwinter`.
We take the fork to :ref:`luskan`.
