Day 1 (10 miles)
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
While in the :ref:`vagabonds-vantage`, after returning from :ref:`eye-of-the-all-father`, a message is given to :ref:`gramdoul` by the bar keep via :ref:`melmus-krongrom` from :ref:`kinthwip`.

    ":ref:`teleri-amber` had been found, go to :ref:`mothers-bastion`".

:ref:`gramdoul` exited post haste.

It was early evening.


Day 2 (50 miles)
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Some riders overtake.

Around mid-afternoon :ref:`gramdoul` sees a cart pulled to the side of the road.
Doesn't stop to hope, rushing to the abbey, they're fixing a busted axle/slipped wheel wrap.


Day 3 (50 miles)
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Awake to see :ref:`xantharls-keep` in the distance.

See elderly gentlemen, Ironmonger Dwarf, heading North.

See a golden light/portal to golden fields and blue sky, ignore and go to sleep.

Something South of :ref:`xantharls-keep` keeps trying to entice :ref:`gramdoul` away.


Day 4 (42 miles)
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Awake to realise gone a bit far south.

Head East into Surbrin Hills.

Around midday, see large footprints, definitely Giant sized, heading North East to Lurkwood.
Pointed toes, make it look like heavy/plate armour.
A second set of footprints can be seen further up, along with a large groove between them.
Could be heading for :ref:`eye-of-the-all-father` or maybe on a further East trajectory.

Hear music on the wind, maybe in sleep?


Day 5 (30 miles)
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Come into a familiar ravine, press on a bit until :ref:`mothers-bastion` is in sight.

Few birds wheeling around it.
Not on fire.

Perimeter wall appears larger.


Day 6 (2 miles)
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
See some women washing clothes in the river at the bottom of the path up to the abbey.
