A male human mage we first encountered in the :ref:`worm-boi-rally-point` in :ref:`waterdeep`'s sewers.

He is a member of the :ref:`rising-star`.

He was the last surviving human in the :ref:`worm-boi-rally-point` but escaped the :ref:`party` after we interrogated him.

He lied to us about knowing how the sigil on the floor of the :ref:`worm-boi-rally-point` was made.
We suspect he also lied about what the altar was used for.

He led the :ref:`attack-on-caoimh-inn`, bringing an explosive barrel [likely] from the :ref:`amcathra-warehouse`.
The :ref:`party` killed him, easily, during that attack.
