Minion of :ref:`slarkrethel` and owner of :ref:`grand-dame`.
He keeps an Octopus on his shoulder and wears gold earings.

:ref:`mother` suggests he is positioning himself to be the next Water Baron of :ref:`yartar`.

There's a painting of him in the gambling room of :ref:`grand-dame`.

We met with him in his cabin onboard :ref:`grand-dame` where we discovered he knew of :ref:`neri`'s murder and :ref:`hekaton`'s kidnapping.
He organised the assassins used on behest of his employer.
He would not tell us who his employer was.

Upon leaving :ref:`grand-dame` he tried to have us killed by his guards.

We returned to his room, :ref:`knuckles` smashed his door in, and :ref:`gramdoul` threatened him for the name of his employer, :ref:`slarkrethel`.
Upon speaking :ref:`slarkrethel`'s name he died.
:ref:`gramdoul` revived him with Reivify.

He has told the Water Baron we kept the coin from :ref:`grand-dame`.
