Iymrith's Lair

An old Amphitheatre in the Anauroch desert, lair and resting place of :ref:`iymrith`.

There is an underground area, roughly the same size as the amphitheatre itself.
There are multiple entrances to the underground area.

In the North-East corner is a large Yuan-ti statue standing over a hole.
The hole is ~1k ft deep.

Before killing :ref:`iymrith` we overheard chanting and then someone shout:

   Wrack and ruin, flash and thunder, let them claim the dragon's plunder; Death is close!
   Her doom has come!
   To blade and spell she will succumb.

before :ref:`finnian` saw the speaker jump into the hole.
:ref:`finnian` found their body at the bottom amid a pile of bones.

  - **Identify**: Holds a soul/essence of a creature. It's not possible to find out what/who it is without opening it.  Scrollwork on the body explains the command to open it (takes an action).

**Sarcophagus 6**

- Mummy Bastard
- Black gold cobra circlet (7500GP)

The Mummy blinded, frightened, paralysed, and poisoned at various points in battling it.
It was vulnerable to Fire.
