:ref:`gramdoul` convalesced here after after the fall of :ref:`nesme` and his rescue by :ref:`thorin-torbera`.

Currently home to :ref:`teleri-amber` and the other slave refugees rescued from :ref:`nesme` by :ref:`gramdoul`.

New Fortifications
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
The abbey is building a palisade wall in response to the general unrest caused by the Giants.

The number of people at the abbey has doubled/tripled since :ref:`gramdoul` initially left.
