South of :ref:`xantharls-keep` and North of :ref:`triboar` Longsaddle is a small town.

Outside the town stands a half destroyed petrified Giant.

We stayed in the Gilded Horseshoe Inn.

The inhabitants aren't worried about danger because of the Harpell family.
Their manor house is on a nearby hill and filled with magicians.
They're the ones that petrified the giant outside.
