An Obsidian throne, made by Dwarven Gods. Whoever controls it can travel through Earth and Stone. When in use it levitates above the floor.

Four Blue Dragon skulls point out from its four corners. They can call forth Lightning.

Currently in the possession and the seat of power for the Storm Giants.
