A male human mage we first encountered in the Worm Boi Rally Point in Waterdeep’s sewers.

He is a member of the Rising Star.

He was the last surviving human in the Worm Boi Rally Point but escaped the Party after we interrogated him.

He lied to us about knowing how the sigil on the floor of the Worm Boi Rally Point was made. We suspect he also lied about what the altar was used for.

He led the Attack On Caoimh Inn, bringing an explosive barrel [likely] from the Amcathra Warehouse. The Party killed him, easily, during that attack.
