Mirabar¶
Nestled in the crook of two converging mountain rivers the Dwarven Stronghold towers above those that enter.
40ft sheer walls protect the city, they’re so thick it’s like walking down an alleyway when we enter.
The walls are well staffed by guards and all entering travellers are quizzed about their business by yet more protectors of the city.
The city, while not beautiful, is functional and thriving.
Like all Dwarven cities it has an undercity.
Quests¶
Caravan Guarding¶
Someone called Kinthwip is looking for some Caravan Guards. They can be found in Mirabar’s Iron Forge.
We spoke to Kinthwip who offered work guarding caravans. He finds guards as a broker for caravan owners.

Beast Clearing¶
Crangrath’s Seventh Shaft has a best problem in their mine (the Seventh Shaft) that needs dealing with. Multiple groups have tried already, with one lone survivor believed to be hanging out in the Iron Forge.
They’re the city armourer and likely a good place to get more than gold?
When speaking to him Crangrath is very reluctant to send more people down the mine.
Spoke to Melmus Krongrom about it who thinks Crangrath is trying to pull insurance fraud against the city’s Joint Miners Hardship Fund or potentially siphoning weapons.
Harangrag Daughter¶
The Harangrag family are looking for a lost daughter, described as pretty with brown hair and brown eyes.
One of the survivors fits this description.
Melmus Krongrom has passed our information on to the Harangrags and had the likely daughter sent to their estate by guards.
Mr Harangrag visits Vagabond’s Vantage, dropping off 1250GP (as 125PP) with Rickard for the group, says he has work down the docks. This turns out to be more caravaning but we’d need a party of more than 4 to do it, he typically contracts with Kinthwip.

A fighting ring exists in the Undercity, 1SP for entry & 25SP to challenge.

10th Day Market¶
The All Fires (a hall?) hosts a market on the 10th day. This will be two days after we arrived.
